The Columbia Gardens of Butte, Silver Bow County, MT. Shown are the Dance Pavillion and floral display which was originally created from barren waste land at a cost of one million dollars, by the Copper King, W.A. Clark. Later this popular recreation site was owned and operated by the Anaconda Copper Mining Company. In 1973, due to the A.C.M. Company's need to expand its open pit mining operations, the buildings were razed.
