There is a notice glued to the front (which partially obstructs the name of the restaurant) noting that the Silver Bow Restaurant Association, representing a majority of the dining establishments in the county . . . 1) warns the patron that they will not be served a second cup of coffee, 2) the patron will be asked if sugar is desired and states that the quantities will be restricted: a) with coffee or tea (two cubelets or one rounded teaspoon for each cup; b) with iced tea or coffee, one rounded teaspoon for each glass; and, c) with fruit or ceareal, one rounded teaspoon is allowed.
